There are two delivery methods
1. Over-the-Air (OTA) - Electronic Load for Globe, Smart, Sun, TM, Red Mobile, Talk 'n Text, SmartBro Load and PLDT Pwede Card Load are directly loaded to buyer's number. Buyers of e-Load products are advised to double check the number that you send to us that needs to be loaded. E-Load Portal will not be responsible if we have loaded the wrong number that you given us and payment will not be refunded.
2. Via SMS/e-Mail - This method is for e-pins (electronic Pins) of call & text cards, gaming cards, internet cards and others.
Schedule of Delivery:
Monday-Saturday (9:00am to 10:00pm)
Sunday (12:00nn to 10:00pm)
Delivery of e-pins/e-load is within 24 hours.
