1. I want to buy an e-PIN/e-load, how can I pay?
Accepted payments for any purchase here are GCash, Smartmoney and BDO or BPI Bank deposits. Please read more details here. After you have sent your payment, please notify us by sending your name, Mobile # (where to send the e-load or e-pin) or email address, amount transfered, date & time and reference/trace # for Gcash or smartmoney for verification purposes. E-pins/e-load will not be sent if you have not yet sent these details.

2. How will I receive the item that I have purchased?
E-Pins will be sent thru SMS or email and e-Loads will be directly loaded to your number. Please read more details here. You will be notified that the e-pin/e-load has been already sent.

3. When will I receive the item that I have purchased?
E-pins/e-loads will be sent after we have already received and verified your payment. The schedules of delivery of e-pins/e-load are: Mon-Fri (9am-10pm) and Sat (9am-3pm). E-pins will be sent within 24 hours. Please read more details here

4. How can I be assured that I will receive the e-pin/e-load that I have purchased and be assured that this is not a scam?

If you have properly notified us of your purchase and after we have verified it, you will receive your purchased e-pin/e-load within 24 hours. If e-pins/e-loads were not delivered on time or due to unavailability of stocks, your payments will be refunded.

5. I have already received a notification that you have already sent my e-pin/e-load but how come I didn't received anything yet?
For e-pins, you can request us to resend it to you. For e-loads, we will verify first if it was successfully reloaded. If the reloading was not unsuccessful, we will resend your load.
